Embrace is a brand of Richevie, maison founded in 2002 by UMEKAWA Tatsuya and UMEKAWA Nao, brother and sister both sharing the same passion for leather and luxury leather goods.

The maison firstly imported Italian leather goods, ripening its expertise, its knowledge of the sector, and developing its unique and originals designs. In 2003, Richevie launches itself into creations with Hungry Bum, a brand with original designs, wished to be casual, however prestigious.

In 2006, the maison makes a decisive step when creating Embrace. The commitment of quality original the maison made becomes central in the creations of Embrace. Particular care is taken to design as much as manufacturing, the finest materials are selected and their arrangement is the result of a meticulous craftsmanship.

These commitments are encouraged by success in a fast as well as durable way. Embrace is fast emerging as a strong luxury brand, with unique designs, and currently has more than a hundred distributors in Japan.

In 2010, in view of this success, the production of the famous Japanese TV program “Moon Lovers” took contact with Embrace and used two of its models for the filming of two episodes. It is an additional consecration for Embrace, a brand that wishes to offer career women creations tailored to their femininity and their ambitions.
